The leather has been specially developed to look and feel the same as traditional oiled leather; the only difference is that it has been crafted to leave almost no colour transference on clothing (except when damp). As leather is a natural product, the intensity of the colour will always vary slightly from hide to hide during the dyeing process, making each product totally unique.

To create the bubbled look, the leather is put into a press designed to create rounded, raised bumps resembling very small pebble-like shapes. This type of leather has amazing strength and durability whilst retaining a supple, slouchy accent. The natural variations in texture and appearance prevalent in the fine grain authenticate its genuine leather origin. To care for this type of leather we recommend the use of leather cream conditioner.
